Главнокомандующим юго-западного фронта в приказе по фронту объявлено, что новыми случаями братания с противником установлено, что немцы пользуются всякими средствами к тому, чтобы разбить русскую армию и занять русские земли. Одним из таких средств и является братание.
У немцев есть специальные школы, в которых теперь учат заманивать русских на братание, во время которых выпытывать нужные немцам сведения.
