I slept well and got up at 9:15. The morning was clear, and later the wind began to blow and again it swept up some squalls. After lunch we went up along the Irtysh Elver about ten miles. We landed on the right bank and went for a walk. We went through the bushes and crossed a small stream. We climbed a small bank, from where we had a wonderful view. The ship came up to us, and we went back again to Tobolsk. We landed at 6 o'clock on the other pier. Until dinner I took a bath — the first since the 31st. of July — thanks to that I slept wonderfully.
