Ten thousand Confederate veterans, remnants of the host that stormed the gates of the capital more than fifty years ago, marched up Pennsylvania Avenue today in review before President Wilson. He was on the reviewing stand more than two hours, and in spite of a heavy rain he stayed until the last man had passed.
